The Trade council of Iceland organized the participation of 6 Icelandic companies at the Travel Adventure Show in Olympia, London on January 12th – 14th. The show was held for the 12th time and is one of the biggest in Adventure Travel in the world with approx. 30 thousands annual visitors.

Around 250 companies from around the world participated this year representing companies organizing hiking in the Himalayas, diving school in London, whitewater rafting in Chile and whale watching in Iceland etc. The Icelandic companies were: Arctic Rafting & Explore! Adventures, Borea Adventures – Iceland, Elding whale watching, Iceland Nature Break, Iceland Outdoors and North Sailing whale watching.

The Icelandic stand received much attention and the Icelandic representatives were generally satisfied and hopefully this cooperation between the Icelandic Trade Council of Iceland and Icelandic tourism companies will recur in the near future.
