As the summer is now about to end, preperation for season 2007, North Sailing´s 13th season has long since started. A big part of this preperation has been attending the Vestnorden Travelmart which was now held in Reykjavík.

North Sailing has been participating since 1995 and has been sending representatives to Greenland, Farao Islands, Denmark, Reykjavík and Akureyri for the purpose.

It is always nice to meet old friends and business partners at Vestnorden and this year was no exception. In fact this was a highly successful travel mart with more appointments and meetings than ever before.

In addition to being able to meet clients at the travelmart North Sailing was lucky enough to get to welcome a group of 15 buyers that went whale watching with the company prior to the travelmart. This is an old tradition and the company has received many "pretour" groups in the past.

All major travel companies from northern Iceland had their stands together in one "street" at the travelmart and North Sailing had a great company being between the nice Myvatn nature baths and SBA-Norðurleið, bus company.
