A young minke celebrating the Bastille Day

The sun brings about a smile on everybodys face and the same can be said about the whales. This week has been sunny and the whales seem to enjoy the weather as much as everybody else.

A young sun-lover stopped by the boat Knörrinn on Thursday, the 14th of July – The Bastille Day. This young curious minke whale took a good look at the tourists, circled around the boat and just before it swam away one could here it yelling “Liberté - Égalité – Fraternité!”. Guide Elsa María got a few pictures af this revolutionary whale.
