Many whales & many whale watchers

The busiest season of the year is approaching fast and in the last few days number of passengers have been up to 400 pr. day with up to 12 different departures at North Sailing.

The life in the bay has been vibrant. Several Minke whales together with dolphins have been our regular performers, with up to 4 humpbacks together with them in many of our tours. Blows from bigger whales, most likely Blue Whales were seen as well recently so there are exciting times ahead.

As the peak season approaches we recommend that people book online or by phone prior to their arrival in Húsavík as some of the departures might sell out. Our booking system is easy to use and with 4 boats and 7 different departures pr. day we are very flexible and your booking can be changed at anytime free of charge.

Our phone is also open all day for booking and information 464 2350
