Our webpage’s newsmonger is on duty again and will during the winter report regularly what is happening within North Sailing during the winter, so keep posted !!!

North Sailing’s boat fleet is now being moved to the shipyard for it’s yearly restoration and makeover.

Stefán Gunnarsson and Garðar are renewing the heating system in Náttfari and cleaning the engine on the outside.

Alli and Jóhann are preparing schooner Hildur to be moved to Akureyri where she will spend the winter.

Schooner Haukur was packed up as well, ready to be shipped to the shipyard  for it‘s winter hybernation.

 Boat Garðar was also in the shipyard for a propeller cleanup and renewal of some rusty nails on it‘s body. Boat Garðar will then go to float again and rest by the harbour.

Boats Knörrin and Bjössi Sör await patiently their turn for restoration.
