The tour this morning was quite similar to the tour yesterday, there was still a lot of life in the bay. Just a few minutes after we left the harbour, captain Már spotted the first black dorsal fin of a dolphin. In the beginning we were wondering why this dolphin was travelling alone, but soon we realized  that there were many more dolphins in the same area, I would say at least 20-30. Some of them also started bow-riding and breaching completely out of the water, which is always a really nice sight.

We continued sailing further out, but despite a rich birdlife (mainly kittiwakes, guillemots and black-backed gulls), there was no sign of a bigger whale. The only whale species we found further out was the harbour porpoise.

So we decided to search further south again and that paid off: We saw two more groups of white-beaked dolphins and then, a bit later, we also got some nice looks at a minke whale.
