Minke whales, dolphins and plenty of birds

The weather forecast has been predicting good weather for a few days now but we haven’t seen much of it yet. It has been rather gloomy and grey these last days. But like we know, the weather doesn’t matter for the whales, they are still there. We haven’t seen a humpback whale though for two days now but the minke whales are still here for sure. It has been very lively in the eastern part of the bay, lots and lots of birds: the artic terns, puffins and, my favorite, the gannets. Most tours have had success with three species: minke whales (usually three or four individuals), harbour porpoises and the white beaked dolphins.
