Dolphins and some new minke whales

Today was a little bit colder than the past few days, with the wind picking up around midday. None the less we were able to spot white beaked dolphins in the morning trip and minke whales all day. Some of the minkes were new to the bay, including one that seemed tobe rather young and not at all shy of the boats! The minkes seem to be moving further into the bay which may mean that its life is picking up. Hopefully that will tempt the larger species into the bay where we can enjoy their presence.

Helga, guide.
